What does Mantwa mean? Mantwa means Cheeky (or fighter) in Sotho. Mantwa is our founder's middle name.

Can you send my card direct to the recipient?
Yes, we will hand-write your card and send it directly to the recipient. Make sure you select this option on the product page by clicking the ‘personalisation’ options and adding your message in the text box provided.

My order hasn’t arrived yet, what do I do?
Double-check if the order is definitely overdue and if this is the case, contact us at howdy@cheekymantwa.com to get help.

How long will it take to process my order before shipping?
We typically take 24hrs to process your order before shipping it out, so add 24hrs to the delivery time to ensure you have ordered in time.

Do you do collaborations?

Can I cancel or change the details on my order?
Yes, but you’ve gotta be quick! Please let us know within 24hrs of ordering. Once your order is sent, all details are set.

Do you offer gift wrapping or notes?
All Cheeky Mantwa products are always wrapped in tissue paper and have a lovely Cheeky Mantwa sticker on them. 

Do you do Business & Bulk Orders?
